In an large bowl, whisk together flour, spices, baking soda, salt. Set Aside
With an electric or stand mixer cream together butter and both sugars. Mix until light and fluffy. Scrape sides. Add egg and vanilla and mix until well blended.
Add the flour mixture to the butter and sugar mixture little by little. Scrape sides of bowl. Mix until no flour spots remain.
Add oatmeal, craisins and raisins and mix until well combined. About 1-2 minutes,
Refrigerate cookie dough for 30 minutes.
Scoop dough using tablespoon or small scoop. Place dough balls about 2 inches apart. Gently flatten dough before baking.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool for several minutes before removing from sheet pan and placing on cooling rack.
